Refund policy

If your build can’t reach the destination, that’s on us.

The receipt on every pack page proves the build works — N independent clean-room runs, pass rate published as M of N. When that proof doesn’t hold up on your machine, you get your money back.

The promise

Full refund, within 14 days of purchase, if the pack’s verify.sh does not pass on a supported configuration— the pinned stack and a model from the matrix printed on the pack’s receipt page.

How it works — no support queue

Run bash verify.sh in your project root. It prints per-check results and writes a failure log.
Reply to your Stripe purchase receipt email with that output attached (or the FAILURE-REPORT.md your agent generated).
The refund is issued on receipt of a failing verify log. No argument, no troubleshooting call — we would rather refund fast and fix the pack.

Covered

verify.sh failures on the pinned stack and a matrix model
missing or broken files in the pack
instructions that contradict themselves

Not covered

modified scaffolds — the same integrity standard our receipts disclose
unsupported models or stacks
third-party account issues (provider outages, App Store review outcomes, DNS propagation)
builds abandoned mid-phase without a verify run

Why we can offer this

Every pack is receipt-verified before listing: independent clean-room builds by the same class of agent you’ll use, pass rates published as measured. We only sell what we have watched succeed — refunds on the tail are a cost of honest business, not a loophole.
